Cancelation And Refund Policy

In the event that you have to cancel your stay with us, the following cancellation and refund policy will apply:

If you provide more than 48 hours notice of your cancellation, a full refund will be given, less a 10% administration fee. Applies per site/room.

If you provide less than 48 hours but more than 12 hours notice of your cancellation, a 50% refund of your deposit will be given and an admin fee of 10% will incur.

If you provide less than 12 hours notice of your cancellation, your deposit will not be refunded.

Refund Conditions: If you have provided the necessary notice of cancellation as per the cancellation policy and you are eligible to receive a refund, please note that for security reasons the remaining deposit will be refunded to the original method of payment (i.e. credit card refunded onto the same card as the one the deposit was paid on)
Guests who fail to notify of cancellation or non-arrivals will forfeit all monies paid.

Accommodation Bookings
Acceptance of an accommodation booking is acknowledgement and agreement to our terms and conditions.

Deposits: A deposit of a minimum of 50% of the booking is required at time of booking to confirm your stay. We only accept deposits for bookings made through email or over telephone.
Payments: The balance of your account is payable on arrival and any additional charges incurred during your stay are payable direct to the Park and must be settled prior to your departure.
Tariffs: All pricing is in Australian Dollars and includes GST (where applicable). Prices are based on two persons occupying rooms and one persons occupying sites; extra person rates apply for each additional person. Rates may be subject to change without notice.
Your tariff is based on the number of guests and your accommodation type at time of booking.
Any changes to your booking may change the tariff based on the new booking period, number of guests and accommodation type.

Minimum Age: You must be 18 years or older to make a reservation. Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Special Requests: We will endeavour to cater for special requests but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that these will be met.
Visitors: Are more than welcome! Please have visitors sign in at the office. Visitors staying overnight can be added to your booking at an additional cost.
Maximum number per unit: The number of people accommodated in each cabin must not exceed the number of beds available.
Minimum Stay Information: minimum booking periods may apply.
Linen: For room bookings the tariffs quoted include linen, all main beds are made up with towels provided. Single beds made up with towels provided.
Pets: Pets are welcome for site bookings (i.e. Caravan’s, Motorhomes and Campervans), and at the Park Manager’s discretion. Due to health regulations, pets are not permitted in our rooms or other facilities.
Servicing of rooms: For stays of 7 nights or longer, a room service may be requested. Please contact the Park to schedule a service.
Damages/Loss: All registered guests shall be liable for any loss or damage to the appliances, furniture, keys/passes, fixtures and fittings in the accommodation. General wear and tear excluded. A fee may apply if excessive cleaning is required after departure.
Behaviour: The Ongerup Caravan Park reserves the right to refuse entry, to immediately evict any guest, visitor or member of the public for any anti-social behavior. Such behavior may include but not limited to causing damage, disturbing other guests, using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. Alcohol may be consumed on your allocated site or room and in the camp kitchen and BBQ areas only. Drunken or disorderly behavior or possession or use of drugs will not be tolerated.
Park Facilities
Camp Fires: Are permitted on gravel sites only during fire safe season, and at managers discretion, conditions apply. Please read our Camp Fire Policy for more information.
Fire Regulations: For safety reasons, we ask that you reverse into your site so that all drawbars face the roadway.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all of the cabins or inside other park facilities including the amenities blocks, camp kitchen, BBQ areas, swimming pool and near the playground area. If you need to smoke please use the ashtrays provided, outdoors only and be mindful of other guests. Additional cleaning fee will apply for smoking inside your cabin.
Noise: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm in respect of other guests.
Children: 5 years of age and under are free of charge.
Personal Belongings: Ongerup Caravan Park takes no responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal items. Please remember to lock your cabin, caravan and/or vehicle when not occupied.
